Items will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving order. If an item is out of stock you’ll be contacted by email/phone within 24 hours. We ship domestically by UPS.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and APO/FPO is by USPS Priority Mail. Express Shipping is available if needed. Please allow 4-7 days for receipt of your purchase. In most cases, you will receive your order sooner.
We ship USPS Global Priority Mail for our international customers. Please note, many countries impose customs duties and fees. These are the responsibility of the customer.
We ship from Clarksville, TN. Sorry, we are unable to ship COD or to PO Boxes.
Return Policy
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly accept returns/exchanges. All returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Items must be in original condition, unworn and with price tags attached. The purchase price will be returned, less shipping charges. There’s no additional shipping charges for exchanged items. A return slip is included in each shipment. This form is to be filled out and returned with the item(s).
Bathing suits may be returned/exchanged if they’re unworn, have price tag attached and sanitary strip in place.
Intimate Apparel (hosiery, bras, panties) and clearance items are final sale. |
